It’s official, in January the Cité de l’espace obtained the renewal of the Tourism & Handicap label for the four disabilities: auditive, mental, motor and visual. Granted for five years by the DGE (Direction générale des entreprises) and the Tourisme & Handicap non-profit organization, this Government label validates the site’s accessibility approach. Certified sites are reevaluated every five years to ensure that the facilities are still valid and any new facilities comply with specifications. Hence, this year LuneXplorer earned the unanimous approval of the assessors for its sensory dimension accessible to all and the quality of the tactile models available.
