National Tourism & Disability Days 2024

Both Semeccel sites have earned the Tourism & Disability brand for the four disabilities (auditive, mental, motor and visual), since 2003 for the Cité de l’espace and since 2021 for L’Envol des Pionniers. And both venues will participate in National Tourism & Disability Days, a series of events featuring activities accessible to all visitors with disabilities. On Tuesday April 2nd, for the Physics Evening, the Cité de l’espace is providing a French sign language interpreter and a “Souffleurs d’images” (image whisperer) service (to accompany blind visitors and those with visual impairments) during the round table on the topic, “Space and Sports”. On Wednesday, April 3rd, L’Envol des Pionniers is offering a family workshop accompanied by a French sign language interpreter and the “Souffleurs d’images” service.
