La Piste des géants wins an award

The Grand Prix du Patrimoine 2021 of the Aéro-club de France was awarded to Toulouse Métropole for the heritage and memorial aspects of La Piste des géants which includes L’Envol des Pionniers (Semeccel), the historic 1.8 km runway and les Jardins de la Ligne. The oldest aeronautics institution in the world, the Aéro-club de France honoured the renovation work of the Toulouse-Montaudran industrial site carried out by Toulouse Metropole.
